These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of soleilairbrushtanning.com and the services provided by Soleil Airbrush Tanning ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 9131 N Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73120. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Appointments and Booking

Appointments are booked through Booksy, a third-party scheduling platform, and confirm instantly upon booking. Your use of Booksy is also subject to Booksy's own terms and privacy policy. We recommend booking ahead; walk-in availability is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

• We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged a fee of 50% of the booked service price.
• No-shows are charged the full price of the booked service.

Client Preparation and Results

Airbrush tanning results depend in part on how you prepare and care for your skin. Following our prep and aftercare guidance gives you the best chance at even, long-lasting color. Results vary by individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare, and we cannot guarantee a specific shade, duration, or outcome for every client.

Health and Service Disclaimers

• Airbrush tanning is a cosmetic service. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition or skin sensitivity, consult your physician before booking. Clients with sensitive skin may request a patch test.
• A sunless tan does not provide sun protection. You should continue to use sunscreen and practice sun safety after your tan.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where we believe it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Current prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change without notice; the price shown at the time you book applies to that appointment.
